Background
- UK-based clients will no longer be able to trade on the EU MTF as the TPR(temporary permission regime) that allows UK clients to trade on the EU MTF will expire by the 30th of December 2023. To circumvent this FXAll have created a new UK MTF.

- Clients trading on the UK MTF trading facility will start to receive a new
ExecutionVenueMIC code “TRAL” and theLegEMIRUTIandAllocEMIRUTIvalue will have the LEI of RTSL [Refinitiv Transaction Services Limited] “549300SDDJE84DDJNB30”. - UK-domiciled clients should upgrade to version 9.5 GUI to trade on the UK MTF.

- 11th November 2023 - PROD - A New UK MTF will be available to trade in production.
Whisperer Client Impact
No Impact to Clients
UK-domiciled clients should ensure they are already onboarded onto the UK MTF to access MTF liquidity starting from the 11th of November 2023. Upon TPR expiration, these firms will no longer be able to participate in the existing EU MTF.
