Only Base currency orders are permitted.

PartiallyFilled Orders cannot be replaced. The outstanding Amount on a PartiallyFilled Order can be cancelled.

The outstanding order can be filled in its entirety, cancelled in its entirety, or partially filled with the remainder cancelled, but a successful replace is not possible.
