PartiallyFilled Orders cannot be Replaced.

If MultilegOrderCancelReplaceRequest is sent for PartiallyFilled Order, the new request is Rejected and the original order is Cancelled.

By default, the minimum permitted order entry size is 40k in the base currency, but this can be adjusted depending on client requirements.
