Background

JP Morgan will no longer be providing MidPrice in their prices.

From the venue:

• On April 4, 2025, the CFTC issued no-action relief under CFTC NAL 25-09 pursuant to which the CFTC will not recommend an enforcement action against a CFTC registered swap dealer for failing to satisfy the PTMM disclosure requirements.

• JPMorgan intends to avail itself of the relief in CFTC NAL 25-09 and JP Morgan will stop providing PTMMs to the Platform for disclosure to its counterparties.
