The table below lists the Quote status rejection reasons that can be returned for a mass quote request message for Market Making.

MF_LOCKED_USERThe user is locked (or acting on behalf of a user
that is already submitting quotes), therefore
prohibited from submitting mass quote requests
MF_INVALID_FEEDThe FeedID provided for the request is invalid
MF_INVALID_MARKETThe MarketID provided for the request is invalid
MF_NOT_SUBSCRIBEDThe request could not be completed as there is no
valid subscription for the Feed concerned
(subscription to Marketdata and Trade session is
required)
MF_FEED_DOWNThe request could not be executed because connection to 
the Feed is down
