The SpotRate provided in Forwards is rounded by RBC to a difference decimal place to the Forwards All-in Price. Hence SpotRate plus ForwardPoints will not get you the All-in price. Clients can request the SpotRate decimal places to be adjusted on a currency to currency basis.
