The onboarding questionnaires obtain the details required the MarketFactory Trading Operations Team prior to the setup of a Whisperer instance. These forms should be completed in full and submitted to MarketFactory before a customer instance can be configured.
NOTE: The contract should already set out key scope items, but it must be remembered that the contracted work will be completed in multiple phases. |
