Background

• UK-based clients will no longer be able to trade on the EU MTF as the TPR (Temporary Permission Regime) that allows UK clients to trade on the EU MTF will expire by the 30th of December 2023.
• To circumvent this FXall have created a new UK MTF.

• Whisperer clients making on the UK MTF trading facility will start to receive a new ExecutionVenue PartyID MIC code “TRAL” and the LegEMIRUTI and AllocEMIRUTI values will have the LEI of RTSL [Refinitiv Transaction Services Limited] “549300SDDJE84DDJNB30”.
• Your UK-domiciled clients should upgrade to FXall's version 9.5 GUI to trade on the UK MTF:

Timeline

• 11th November 2023 - PROD - A New UK MTF will be available to trade in production.

11th of November 2023 - Your UK-domiciled clients should ensure they are onboarded to the UK MTF to access MTF liquidity.

30th of December 2023 - Upon TPR expiration, these firms will no longer be able to participate in the existing EU MTF.

i.e. Your clients have a seven week window in which to migrate.
