Pre-requisite (4 weeks)

Project planning (2 weeks)

Gathering requirements (1 weeks)

Follow up call with customer stakeholders to: Confirm start date of the project Confirm target go-live date Confirm IP addresses for UAT Review customer Questionnaire and trading/technical requirements Review the major milestones within the onboarding process Advise who the customers business contact will be for the escalation of issues Answer any questions concerning connectivity with MarketFactory Review contact details for the onboarding team and provide an alternate contact	Y	Customer /MarketFactory

Note

Some venues may take a longer period of time to establish a new production connection, one such example is Thompson Reuters that can take up to 6 weeks for the establishment of a new connection.

Customer Development and Testing (4-8 Weeks)
