Synopsis
For Customers wanting to establish a cross-connect between customer infrastructure and MarketFactory, both a Whisperer instance, then both parties must exchange Letters of Authorisation (LOA) giving details of the Colocation, room, cage and rack(s) that house the hardware to be connected. In addition to the details of the fibre and any port preferences (in the case that next available port assignment is not considered suitable).

Operational Setup
Whilst the subject of a cross-connect is covered in the Onboarding questionnaire to identify if setup preparations are required, a separate LOA should be sent to [email protected] and [email protected] to coordinate this process.
