MarketFactory aims to provide a smooth transition to the use of Whisperer to gain access to financial markets. The first step of which involves enrolment to the onboarding process. Once on the onboarding process, with assistance from MarketFactory's Trading Operations Team. Customers can then be expected to use MarketFactory's Demo/UAT environments to establish connectivity with the API and verify correct function of the API calls and features. MarketFactory will work with the customer throughout onboarding to ensure that the API is being built correctly and used consistently with the API specification and architecture.

MarketFactory requires that all customers wishing to transact as participants within the Forex markets using the Whisperer platform to go through the marketFactory Certification process. For validating customer system integration and functionality prior to connecting and transacting within the market. Certification acts to ensure that the processing and messaging reliability in addition to the ability to gracefully recover in the event of abnormal message processing events.
