MarketFactory requires that all customers wishing to transact as participants within the Forex market markets using the Whisperer platform to go through the marketFactory Certification process. For validating customer system integration and functionality prior to connecting and transacting within the market. Certification acts to ensure that the processing and messaging reliability in addition to the ability to gracefully recover in the event of abnormal message processing events.

• Customers are invited to discuss connection options with their Account manager.
• Customers can also request the setup of UAT connections from venues they wish to trade with, once they have access to the Demo environment to perform functional testing using the Whisperer platform.

Once a customer is able to demonstrate successful use of the MarketFactory API within this environment then provisions for the establishment of a production environment will begin.
