SecurityGroup is mandatory in the QuoteRequest and the value should be agreed upfront between the client and Socgen.QuoteEntryID from the MassQuote message, as QuoteID in the NewOrderMultiLeg.MarketType must be MarketType must be Regular or Offshore for NDFs.RegulatoryBodies must not be SEF for NDF's.
