Count of bytes that the text field could have. Needed to create a byte array of the correct size to contain all possible Text data returned using getText(byte[])

Reason for the logout. Provide a properly sized byte array to hold the UTF-8 bytes of the text. No Objects are created.

Reason for the logout. Creates a String object.
